Am I going to grow anymore?

okay at the moment I am about to turn 16 and I stand at 5’10 and a 1/2, I was wondering whether or not I will grow any more and if so what ways are their to manipulate this to make the most out the basketball carreer…

I stopped growing height-wise at about 18. I’m 5ft 10 so you could have more in the puberty tank still to top 6 ft, but I too have seen the smaller guys sucker punch the monsters in basketball with quick moves and sharp shooting, don’t worry nature will give you a hand!

Its hard to say. I stopped growing to a large extent round 16-17, but I got my height measured a few weeks back and in 2 years I’ve grown a bit taller still and am now just over 6ft. And I’m 22 now. So, it could be that you’ll break 6ft eventually. But otherwise, the only way for a dramatic height increase is probably some sort of hormone drug (not good if you’re doing sports) or height-alteration surgery (in which case you’ll be unable to play for 6 months or more).

Some of the best basketballer’s I knew at High School were little guys around 5’ 5” - taller players would nearly trip over them, and because they had to work harder, their playing skills were much better.
