I really need help

well, I have been dating my current boyfriend for 7 months and I really love him, but I have recently met someone in my class at varsity. What interests me about this guy is that he is totally different from my current boyfriend.He has refreshing views and opinions and the thing is, he is also involved in a relationship.But somehow I sometimes get these suttle hints from him that say that he is intersted to.Am I seeing things or is there something?Would it be wrong for us to make out if we were presented with the opportunity, because we are both studying medicine and it is an extremely long course, I cant begin to imagine the sexual tension.I know that I want to and I am going to marry my current partner, but later on in life, so in a nutshell, I guess im asking if its ok to cheat

It’s NEVER ok to cheat it any type of relationship. If u “love” your current partner, than stick w/ that person.
