im starting tomorrow. and im ending it on the 11 of august. im trying to lose 6 pounds in between these times. a am 13 and 5 foot one and a half and I weigh 120 pounds. im f=going to drink eight cups of water a day evenly. no junk food. and ill eat what ever my mom makes me but lighter meals. and since thats three times a day, no 5, then ill have healthy snacks in between to get my metabolism going faster. like fruits and stuff. and my workout will be everyday for the first two weeks I will run for half a hour which is two miles. each day. and for the third week ill run three miles each day. will I lose 6 pounds by doing this? if not then what am I dont wrong? and what will I need to do in order to lose six pounds in this time? please answer!!!
that sounds about right. im not sure if you will loose six punds but if you are geneally an active person and you already eat healthy you probly wont loose as much. if this is totally new for you then you most likely loose some weight. but you will also gain some muscle which actually weights more than fat
