I NEED to make my already awesome sweet16 party better

my sweet16 is coming up (january so theres snow) and I’m sharing it with my bestfriend. the idea is a blacklight party. everyone where’s white and stuff, tons of blacklights, loud music. NO BEER. my mom is so damn stubborn. she says if she catches a drop of alcohol at my party that she will turn off all the light and make everyone go home (she’s not kidding, trust me)

so no beer.

but we need a location. where? it’s going to be snowing/really cold. what are some fun activities to have? how long should the party last? should I have a ton of people or no? should I have an after party? if you could have this party and money wasn’t an issue, what would it be like?

eh snowboarding like have people sit on boards and go down a hill

ice sculpters

tonnes of lights

a big massive christmas tree with loads and loads of presents underneath

(you said if money wasn an issue, so this is why im saying all this crazy stuuff I would love to have)
