How can I lose excess weight?
well I’m 15 years old at the height of 5”2 almost 3 and I weigh approximately 165 pounds. I need a quick & easy way I can maintain to lose my weight. I would like to have smaller thighs, a flat stomache and fat off of my arms. can someone please help me? it would mean so much.
I would recommed two things:
First, know that developing an eating disorder is NOT the way to lose weight. Please, please, take just a quick second to read the last question I asked. Go to my page and click on the one that says ‘have you ever thought of having an eating disorder?’. I know what you are doing and how you feel.
Second, you need to start eating healthy, and exercising DAILY. Devote atleast half an hour to physical activity. Walk or jog around the block a couple times, play a sport with a friend, anything to tone up. Eat three balanced meals with a snack in between each one if you need, but snack light and healthy! Once you commit and make yourself a promise to get healthy, you will succeed! Set a goal and congratulate yourself when you reach it, then all you have to do is maintain it. A healthy way to do this is to calculate your BMI, (body mass index). Type bmi calculator into google and click on a website. There you enter in youheight and weight and it will calculate your BMI and tell you what BMI range you should have.

Oh yeah, I toned my arms and added a little muscle by weight lifting with 8lb weights. You can purchase them anywhere but it’s cheaper at walmart. Arm rolls work great & for the thighs walking & that goes for the flat stomach as well..
Arms: hold a weight in ur hands and put it behind ur head. lift up&diwn. thighs: im having trouble w/ that one belly: so many possibilitys
