im a grown woman who acts like a child, I get into arguments that are oh so childish. I am the richest one in our family and I have snobbed them for years. I hung up no smoking signs in my house and shoes off at the door up until I found men to date and I let them smoke or whatever they wanted. Im very insecure, an jealous as can be. Probably cas I've never been thin, always fat. I take it out my hatred on others and have grown a colder heart over the years. I am a total cold hearted and bitter woman what should I do.??
I'd suggest that you seriously decide to lose weight. Once you see yourself losing weight you will start to like yourself better which will translate into liking others better. You will also start to be more secure and will be better able to set rules and justify them.
I'd pick one of the two (no smoking or no shoes) and start enforcing it. After a month I'd add the other one. That way you aren't springing too many changes at once on your friends and relatives.

As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier. Remember, you didn't gain your weight overnight so don't expect to lose if overnight. Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
