How can I find my SSID address and WEP key?

Phone the router people upp and all you have to do it give them a few details and the tell you the code.. hope I helped :)

I entered the default gateway thing but it went to google and said no results found what do I do

simple type cmd into the run command and then cd
now type ipconfig this will show you the ip adress of your default gateway which is your router write this down, now go to internet explorer and type it in there and it should open the home page of the router after this you need to look for security on that page and when you open that your ssid –wep/wpa will be there

Okay, the only thing I can think of for why you would need your SSID address and WEP key is for a router. Am I right because if not, then the rest im about to say is pointless.

I recently bought a wireless G router and a wireless G notebook card. (the brand is Belkin). When you install the software that comes with the router, it should give you a chance to create a WEP or WPA key (they are both just different kinds of passwords so that no one hacks into your wireless network). and in order to have a wireless network, you must create a SSID (its just the name of YOUR network so that you can identify it when oh say..connecting your Playstation Portable to a wireless network.).
