How do I lose weight fast?

Well, I am 15 and weigh 197.. I am about 5’3 how do I loose this weightt.

I need to loose it fast I’ve tried a lot of things, such as not eating, makeing what I eat smaller.. and I’ve tried to exercise. but nothing works I’ve pretty much been over weight my whole life.. how do I loose this.

smaller portions, HEALTHY more often. Look up diabetic diets. 6 small well chosen meals a day you will be in much better health, certainly not go hungry and less but more often can really take off the pounds and keep you in good health

There is no easy way. Don’t be stupid and “go anorexic.” First of all, you can’t just adopt anorexia, and second, you’ll either get very sick, or you’ll just gain all the weight back.

All you can do is eat smaller portions, stop eating junk, and exercise every day. Run for 20 minutes every day, don’t drink soda/eat candy/chips/whatever. Eat more meals, but with smaller portions.
