pls I have a friend who happens to be a boy for the past 4 years he has been growing breast and it does not seem to be reducing he is not fat so I want to know if its normal its causes and possible control and if girls consider it sexy

He’s not transgender unless he purposely got breasts implanted, which he obviously hasn’t. Since he is growing breasts naturally, then I’m assuming it’s normal and shouldn’t be anything to worry about, but I would suggest talking about it with him and maybe telling him to see a doctor if it’s really bothoring him, just to make sure it’s normal.

it is possible that he can be transgender… talk to him and see whats going on … I personally dont think that is sexy, if he has been your bestfriend for so long then you two should be open and talk about it… AS FRIENDS
