What other ways are there to lose weight?

I really need help I am over weight and all the diets I have tried have failed I hate doing push ups but love riding my bike it is always raing so I dont do it often what other methods are there that I can use please help

I keep hearing the same thing sit ups push ups and pull ups. Find a work out that is fun for YOU. If you do not find one that you’re happy with and you don’t get bored with then you are going t get bored with it and laze off. I do 40 mins of Tae Bo Amped in the morning BEFORE I eat, I was told that is when you burn the most fat, and then 45 mins of belly dancing(YES! Belly Dancing) before bed for something low key but still has the same toning power as Tae Bo. I drink 6-8 16oz bottles of water everyday and eat 1000-1200 cals a day. The rest of my day is mine to clean house or go to work on the days I am scheduled. I also use 5lbs free weights 3 times a week with my Tae Bo DVD. I have been doing this for almost 2 months now and I have dropped 8 inches off my waist and 6 inches off my hips. Also DO NOT trust a scale. Use a tape measure to measure your losses.

Find something fun for you and remember to be patient the weight isn’t going to go as fast as it came unfortuantely. But smile everyday and have a good attitude towards your weight loss and KNOW that you can do it in your mind and heart and you won’t get discouraged.

Ok Exercise a lot that is the main key to lose some weight Start off for about 20 minutes then gently ease your way to 45 minutes this is what I do. I do lots of situps to tone my stomach up and to get rid of the fat. I also If I feel like eating after I have had my three meals I dont eat chcolate and crisps I eat Fruit which is hardly any calories. So:

  1. Exercise Daily
  2. Situps oh and some presups
  3. Eat fruit for snacks
  4. Drink lots of water
