How can I get more endurance?

Well about 5 or so weeks ago I was in a pretty bad accident. I was in the hospital for about 5 weeks and I was stuck in a bed. Now I’m super weak and I get tired and winded easy. Also I lost a ton of weight. I was wondering if anyone knew a quicker way to get some endurance and strength back. I really wanna get back to normal and I’m tired of not feeling up to going to the movies or hanging out with friends. I’m just too tired..

You should start with short walks in the morning, and make them longer over time. And once you feel up to moving more, you can try jogging, or running, or doing somehting light, yet strenuous altogether. Sorry to hear about your accident though. =/
