I'm so short

Just stick on some heels (: Thats what I do :P Im 14 and one of the shortest in my class, havn’t grown in 2years…

Don’t worry If you want to be taller just set that goal. Don’t think bad thoughts that you will forever be short just set your head into believing you’ll grow, believe me it works. The mind has not limit when used properly. Don’t try those things that stretch you out, they just pop your joints, and don’t try steroids they won’t work. l’ m 24 and I am 6’0 , my father 5’7 and mum 5’4. l was the same height as my father 8 months ago and l was always told that l would not grow over 5’7 , the height can’t be controlled , height was determined by your genetic ,inheritance etc. I was really fed up with these narrow- minded people around me and l hit the road for a solution. l have researched books , doctors and internet high and low for increasing height, and tried many growth boosters. From my experience what worked on me :

1. Eat lots of Broccoli.
2. Eat at least 250gr yougurt every day.
3. Regular Swimming helps.
4. Sleep without pillows, and sleep at least 8 hrs daily.

6. Use an inversion table for 20- 30 minutes every day. Follow the tips above and you’ll grow a few inches taller regardless of your age.

OH WAIT YOU’RE FEMALE. Haha, shoot, sorry. You’ll grow to be probably 5’6 or 5’7.

Don’t worry, over time you will get taller I really wouldnt worry about that if I was you Ignore anyone who makes fun of you

Dude, relax. The average height for the American male is 5’8 or 5’9. You’re 14 so that would make you a freshman right? Your growth spurt will come shortly. Just relax. Even if you aren’t hell of tall, there are a lot of short girls out there. You wont be stuck. Males grow until they’re 23. Ride this out.

well I dont know how true this is so dont quote me on it but I was told you hit your major growth spurt within two years of your first period and after that two years you can still grow but not by much. like I said im not sure it was just a friends mom that told me this, im not a doctor or expert or anything lol. and 5’1 isnt really THAT short haha.. im 18 at 5’2 and I love it.. all the boys are taller than me and I never have to worry about pants being too short. the only thing that kinda stinks is I work in retail and I got to grab a ladder or one of those grabber things to reach clothes that are high up.

im 14 and barely 5 feet. don’t worry if your short, God made you that way for a reason. I’ve learned to deal with it. you can’t make urself get taller.. sometimes I wish I could.. but I can’t. :(

dooode!! relax, im like way too tall and all the boys are shorter thn me!!! you will want to be short cause then you can lean your head on a boys sholder instead of the other way around BUT WEAR HIGH HEELS THAT. GOD!!!

Now, if you’re going to take their advice on heels, be careful, cause you don’t want to look trashy. Personally, I wish I was short. You guys never have high water jeans fresh out of the dryer, you have all the cute shoes, and most of the time you get the short cute boys!!!

I’m a Senior in high school and the freshman who wear heels always look trashy, so keep it small and cute!!

at 14 I dont see how he can say you wont get any taller at all…my daughter is 15 and son 14 and they have hit growing spurts and it was like overnight…you may still grow more, dont worry about it ,,,everyone grows and developes differently and for by chance you dont get any taller, accept yourself for the way God intended you to be…
