no your not im guessing your just shy but if he is into you what are you waiting for girl he asked you out maybe your nervous but try talking to him it doesnt hurt to try again think of what you will say the next time you see him:P

no, when he asked you out your brain was probably blown out of head because you have a mega crush on him, this is what you should do before he asks anyone else out tell him what you meant was yes.

You were probably just nervous, Just play 20 questions? Or be like whats up?! Oh whats new? And eventually ask so who do you like ? And if might ask you who do you like, just tell him.
