Lately I havn’t been myself. I have been hurting myself and have not wanted to live. I have realyl just wanted to give up and not talk to anyone. My friends have noticed but I can’t tell them I’m hurting myself or am this unhappy because they will tell someone and I don’t know why but having somebody know scares me…well my best friend, matt thinks I am mad at him and don’t want to talk to him. He said he liked me and thinks I am intentionally being mad at him for that when I’m not I’m just not myself and can’t face my friends. What should I do?

You NEED to talk to someone. A trusted adult, a parent, or a school counsler. You can’t be helped without telling someone. They will help you. Let your friend know that you are NOT mad at him, you are just going through a tough time, and your sorry that he misunderstood (if you are sorry..). You just need to talk to a TRUSTED adult. But DON’T give up on life! You only have one life to live, you need to live it good. You won’t get another chance after you die. No matter what you think, there will ALWAYS be SOMEONE who loves you, so don’t ever think your not loved and no one will miss you if you die, because your wrong. You were made for a purpose. Find out what that purpose is, and full fill it :) good luck!!
