I'm having problems with my tan.

ok, I’m not as white..I guess you could say? But I’m not tan at all…and I try to tan but I just can’t I don’t tan easily, and I was wondering if it isn’t that bad if your not tan. Because I always feel like you have to be tan because a lot of people are. Will someone help me .

Answer #1

I tan really easily but when I am 40 you will look better because the sun will have wrinkled my skin…but try tanning spray or oil and go outside on a day when there are no clouds and sit there for about 2 hours …make sure you go at diferent angles becuase then you will have a tan line along the side of your body

Have you tried Bikini Kitchen Booty Butter tanning lotion? Its an all-natural tanning accelorator which means you only have to use it a short time in the sun to see a noticeable difference. The main ingredients is Kona Coffee which means it contains caffeine and caffeine has been proven to help prevent skin cancer. Booty Butter tanning lotion really works too - it turns your brown, not pink - no matter what your skin type is. Check them out at www.bikinikitchen.com. Happy tanning!

I think you should be happy with your skin. And tanning can give you skin cancer.

I know how you feel! If you do want a tan then try fake tanning. It’s a lot better for your skin as the sun can do a lot of damage and when you are older, if you have been exposed to the sun a lot in your life, you will have more wrinkles and moles etc. Garnier SummerBody is apperently good and so is the new dry mist, or the moisture milk or the 2-step tan, all from Garniers Ambre Solaire range. Also Dove Summer Glow is apperently good but some find it orange. Personally I find Johnsons Holiday Skin a bit orange but not too bad. Most of them aren’t too expensive either! Try looking through the reviews on http://www.makeupalley.com/product/searching.asp?CategoryID=17&brandname=&Brand=&title=&submit=Find+Products to find one that you think will be best for you. Hope this helped x

Tanning by means of sun exposure and sunbeds are baaad news. Those methods literally cook your skin- imagine in 30 years time what your cooked skin is going to look like… yuck!

If you really feel you need a tan, the best options are thinks like spray tans done by a qualified technician, or fake tan creams. I personally don’t like tanning myself, but if I feel my legs are a bit colourless, I usually put a lightly tinted moisturiser on them, or a little bit of bronzing powder.

Besides, not every beautiful woman is tanned- I mean, look at Amy Lee (from Evanescence)!

yahh. im kind of the same way. im in the middle of pale white and tan. my arms are tan..but then my legs are scaryy ghost white. but..get a really good tannin lotion and put that on while in a bikini and then put on sun screen. sit out on a layin down lawn chair or on a towel in the grass of cement. but if you want to get tan [[but you might get burned bad]] put on water safe sunscreen and swim in your local lake or in a pool with some friends. the sun reflects off the water and goes right on to you. but if you start to feel like your face is dry or burnin get out of the water and go into some shade and put on more water safe sunscreen. if you ignore this feelin..you will have the worst next day ever. you will have blisters on your face and redness all over. it will hurt like hell and you wont barely be able to move..

hopefully this works..=] =]
