There is nothing wrong with it. Around here it is legal for cousins to marry and have children and since he is your second cousin that is quite far of. I don’t know about the laws in your country and what it will be like but it isn’t sick. If he feels the same maybe there is something you can figure out together.

To me not really, even though I would never consider it, go for it if you want to. If it makes you happy nothing wrong with it, but you have to remember that you will probably get judged a lot.
