I like this guy but he has a g/f

I met this guy about a month ago, and I really like him, and I got the impression he liked me. However today I asked his brother(who likes me)if he is seeing anyone, and he said yeah but he just found out that his girlfriend is a lot older than him, but he tells me how he really likes her and its serious. I don’t know if he is just saying this so I will back off so he can have a chance with me? I plan on asking him myself over time, but when he says “yes i have a g/f” does that mean I should give up on liking him? He is such a great guy and thats so rare to find. I don’t know how to get his attention without scaring him off! What should I do? and HOW should I do it?!?

dear u will bee happy vth the person who iss looking after u ..doont be back of fr tthose guys whom u like.if he is alreaadyy havigg a gf then y dont u choosse one else?worlld is sso wider deear .dont waste ur time.
