Why haven't I gotten pregnant?

me and my fiancee have been together for 2 years we are plan to get married in Nov on this year we both want to have more children we both have one but not together we have been making love for 2 years I have not got pregnant yet my sister tells me I need to go to doctor but right now I do not want to spend money on that if I can solve the problem at home myself do anyone knows things I could do at home to help me get pregnant without going to the doctor like I said we both have a son but not together what should I do this one girl said after being together hold my hips up but that dose not sound right

Ok, well it took me about a year to get pregnant some people have a harder time… you might want to go to the doctor and get his sperm checked maybe its not you maybe its him.. since you did already have a kid maybe his sperm is bad and maybe he cant have kids.. go to your doctor and see… and if that isnt the problem go to your doctor and tell them your situation and why you arent getting pregnant they will help you get pregnant. good luck!
