Is it right that my nose piercing bleeds when I move it?

so, today I got my nose pierced. It was pierced with a stud, and I didn’t really notice it at the time, since I was a little woosy, that the stud she pierced it with lays crooked and its bleeding around the piercing when I try to adjust it to lay it right. is that normal?

I got mine pierced when I was really young, and I recall there being a tiny bit of blood around the piercing. I remember waking up and for the first while there would be a bit of dried up blood on the nose ring. It turned out to be fine though.

jaxlovestoskate… Piercing it with a gun isn’t bad, I had mine professionally done with a gun and I’ve had it for years. Not a problem yet. Several users on here have also had it done with the gun. I’m glad I didn’t get it done any other way, the gun is very convenient for nose piercings. It doesn’t mean at all that the person doesn’t have experience. Also the user didn’t say its an earing stud, there are nose studs too.

it sounds like she peirced it with a gun, which is bad and an earring stud doesent belong in your nose. it sounds like heis girl has no expeirience about peircings…usually the people who use guns practice on fruit! they have no noledge about what there doing it is wrong…it shouldnt be a stud, and it shouldnt be crooked either sometimes they bleed when you perice them but it shouldnt be when your moving it a little…try a soaking it in a cup of warm water with a bit of sea salt in it. that should help

btw, it wasn’t pierced with a gun. it was pierced with a needle and she put a nose stud in it after. but the nose stud just lays crooked.

Answer #5

It is supposed to lay like that.

Well I got my nose pierced today. I never thought I would but me and two co workers went together. I went first and I was bleeding. She said she had to take the nose ring out and doing it again because of some layer of skin inside my nose. I almost died with fear but I felt like I had gone that far so I might as well do it. She took it out and when she put it back in I didnt feel it. That was great. By the time we got on the road it looked like I got a red nose ring instead of clear and I was nervous but it was dry blood. The second co workers nose bleed some but not as bad as mine. The third co workers nose didnt hardly bleed at all. I couldnt believe it. We were all proud of each other and I dont regret getting it done. My only concern is making sure I clean it right so that it doesnt get infected. Good luck to everyone who try it.

I got my nose stud with a gun ! and I love it .. the shop where I got it done were new but really good and easy to talk to they told me how to clean it .. it hasnt fallen out yet which is good but it does bleed at night if I catch it .. I tried wearing a plaster over it but it kept fallin off . its normall for it to bleed while its healing , just keep cleaning it .. if there is dried blood around the stud DONT pull it out to clean it ! it will get indfected like my last nose piercing , just leave it and if you have a shower or watever it will clean it ,, but make sure you clean it twice a day until its healed :D
