I just dont know which side to start, or who to start looking for

I started mastubation when I was still 16, it just happened accidentially when I was watching adults movies on TV, it was saturday midnight, from there I couldn’t stop myself until I realized that I am completely addicted to it. I tried to stop but just stopped for a week then game start again, I suffered for almost 5 years until now september 2008, I tried all means, nothing worked. I think this time I am completely away from it because for the first time in 5 years, I have 2 month 3 days (Unbelievable to me), and to be honest this time I did not say now I stop or did anything to stop myself, IT JUST HAPPENED!. so I am now facing one problem which I hope with your advices I can finally also get rid of it because I survived a mature one (Mastubation which lasted for at least 5 years)

I am 21 years now, so I don’t know how to face girls and I carefuly want to find a love of my heart, but I refalize how hard it is to learn at my age or start learning to say hi to girls, I just want to know how to get closer to those I will finally love and they love me too (Females). I did not put them in my mind for the past five years because I got delayed by mastubation, I did not mind having or learning to have girlfriend, but now I just dont know which side to start, or who to start looking for or aproaching or proposing, what am I ganna say to her, what if she refuses, this are some of the questions that makes me loose confident because I have got no idea how to handle them, Please rescue me…
