I just can't lose weight :(
so, I’ve been trying to eat healthy. but I get so tempted and eat something that’s not good.. what can I do ti kill that habbit..sometimws I eat when bored…I think I’ve put up like 10 extra punds in like 2 weeks :( someone help please
Exercise, lots and lots of exercise. Diets never work for me, actually whenever I start diets I get hungrier for some reason. But yes exercising is the best way to lose weight along with eating healthier as well, that doesn’t mean eat less it just means eat more healthy eat less junk food. I’ve actually heard that the more you eat the more your speed up your metabolism, so you digest your food faster thus making you burn calories quicker. I’ve recently started working out and I really hate it but when you get into it you really feel good about yourself physically and mentally. Also, it’s not good to eat at night after 8 at night it makes you gain weight because you’re not burning calories at night. But if you do get hungry, salads are great fillers. I’m not kidding! I was never a salad fan but now I love it! If you want try McDonald’s Caesar salad with grilled chicken, it’s huge! It’s healthy and it taste really good! And trust me after you’re done eating it you’re not hungry at all!! Good luck!
Replace your junk food snacks with healthy snacks. When I feel like eating, I get a pickle. (LOVE THEM!). Fat Free popsicles. Yogurt Popcorn (no butter) Chew gum Also, honey roasted peanuts are good. They’re sweet, but not bad for you. Eat healthy, but don’t cut out all of the things you like. Instead, eat one serving of it. For example, ice cream. If you cut them out completely, it’s likely you’ll pig out on it.
Salad is really good for you, but most of the time, fast food places put bad stuff on it like bacon bits, dressing, cheese, etc. witch makes it really high in calories. So be careful with that. Try getting fat free dressing and easy or no cheese and bacon bits.
