I have to break this record

When I was 12 years old,I made a record of staying awake for 3 days straight and ever since then I have tried breaking it but when I attempt to,I fall asleep screwing it up. I know it’s not healthy but I want to seriously break this record. Advice,tips,whatever will work to help me break it!

Did you know staying awake for that length of time could make you psychotic? There is a reason the military uses sleep depravation as a torture tactic.

Haha. Nice question, plus the first answer is probably gonna be better than mine :]

Sleep a lot the day before you start you challenge, remain moderatly active for the 3 days, if you’re too active you’ll get tired, not active enough you’ll dooze off. Energy drink feast ^^ Have lots of friends over [orthegirlwhocommentedbeforeme] she seems nice. Loud music, not; if that helps you fall asleep like it does to me :] Hope you beat the record I am rooting for you (^_^)

it would be best not to try and break it not only is it dangerouse but also unhealthy

sleep as much as u can the week before not just the day! and munch out on carbs n drink coffee energy drinks and PLENTY of water lol ive stayed awake for 5 days and 6 night before lol but i was like non stop partyin n goin through “a wild stage” haha i was rather funn but i had loadsaa people n music to help haha but if u feel urself gettin tired make urself go outside in shorts n t shirt n go for a jog! sounds silly but it will defo wake u up if its boiling hot or freezing cold, or have a cold shower :) x
