I have sensitive and sore nipples

I have had unprotected sex over the last month but used the emergency pill on the one time when he came inside me, my period was about a week late and I had it just over a week ago but now my nipples are sensitive and soar and I have small cramps in my lower stomach … why would this be happening.. if it just a side effect of the EME contraceptions ??

Thank you for your reply, I did do a test and it was negative. I generally am on the pill but have recently returned to the UK and can not get my pill here, so am now going through the process of trying alternatives that I dont react to as I tend to have quite bad side effects.. Suppose it is just playing on my mind about what could be causing it if a pregnancy test was negative

Take a pregnancy test. Since you’ve been having unprotected sex all month there is a good chance that you are pregnant, the emergency birth control pill doesn’t always work.

and in future USE CONTRACEPTION, unless you want to get pregnant.
