I have bad spots on my face - any solutions?

well I use clearasil and that helps me, and the toothpaste thing is a load of rubbish it doesnt work at all!! :)

Clearsil gives me clear skin.

Aside from that, the thing to do is try other remedies that have worked for people in your family (eg, look @ their cabinet & see if they have a facial cleanser and if they’re skin is clear, then that one probably works well).

I’ve tried biore facial strips, which seem to work for blackheads, but don’t seem effective to really make an impact.

The one thing I know that really helped my wife when she was trying to clear up her skin was getting a facial - if you can do that on a regular basis, it should help clear up your skin as well.

I tried everything and nothing semmed to work ! but then itried the putting milk over my skin and it took every spot I had away in 3 days :)

Toothpaste works. A lot of people get spots because they’re stressed, you get hot and sweaty, and that affects the skin if it happens too too much. And the toothpaste cools it down.

Also, try Clearasil spot cream, it works a treat, my brother and I have both suffered with spots on our forehead, it cream helped!

But also, if it’s at the side of your face, move your hair out the way, you need air on the spots and it helps to get rid of them.
