Like a plump zit? Ihear putting an ice cube on it works. Find out what the dermatologist charges and they can inject with the thinnest needle and inject it something they use ..I had it done for acne and end of day it flattened it out! I didn’t even know he was penetrating the skin and he did it several places!! The needle is VERY thin!

Take a long hot bath, so that the pores really open up, then you can try just dabbing the spot with some wet cotton wool, sometimes this removes the whitehead… if not, you are going to have to pop it, then once you have drained it, put ice on it to reduce scarring, redness and swelling. Then, just let it scab over, do not pick the scab! and it should be back to normal in a couple of days.

PS sometimes, the hot water in the bath will just gently wash the whitehead away… that works best, you are left with no scarring at all.
