okay. the simplest cheap way is… go to walMart and ask if they have any oxy pads. 1.wash your face

Yes, try cleaning your face. And dont touch it with your fingers. Toching it with dirty fingers makes your face worse
dont use proactive!! it does work but if you stop useing it, you break out more! and its expensive… trust me… put toothpaste on it,(the white kind) it dryes it out sence you only have a few it should help
