That, by telling your self that they might not las for ever they could end within a week, this is wot I did when I was 13 id was way upset bout sum boy, and my mum told me what the point in getin upseet over it, theres gona be other boys in my life hu are gonna hurt me and walk out on mee, and so wot if he got a girlfriend they might split up within a week :)

I used to like a guy and he had a girlfriend and I was really sad about it but I kept my mind off of him by occupying myself with things I like to do and accepted the fact that we’re not together for a reason. Now he’s just a previous page in my book lol. So you should try what I did
