Just cause he has a girlfriend does not mean he’s married. You can still approach him.

Have you ever tried approaching him to ask him out? It seemed like you just missed out because you’ve just been on the sidelines waiting to be asked out when all you needed to do was be the one to initiate a relationship with him. Lesson learned, maybe next time you should be more confident to ask a guy out when you meet another guy that you might like.
