I dont understandd...

me and my boyfriend broke up a couple days ago. he said he did it because he thought id rather be in a long term relationship and he thought it would hurt me less to break up now instead of in like a year. because he will go to college and he didnt want a girlfriend in college. we were only dating for a month in a half. but it hurt me a lot. then a day later we were texting and he kept flirting with me. a ton. but when he did break up with me he said he didnt want to. and a hour before we broke up. we were perfectly fine. kissing hugging a normal relationship. even all his friends didnt understand when I told em we broke up. he also said he didnt want a in school relationship which we didnt have. he said we only saw each other ins chool. when that night we hung out and two dauys before that we hung out for hours. but now he likes a girl he just met two days ago. she goes to a completely diffferent school. and doesn’t even live in the same city as us. but he wants to be with her… I just dont understand.

help please?

but like for the next couple day’s we’d text. and he would be flirting the whole time. and he said to some of his friends that he feels like a complete asshole and some what regrets it…

hmm… I think he was kinda wanting to get out of the relationship. and that was his excuse (a good one I might add) of getting out. if he really wanted to be with you, he wouldn’t care about being single at college.
