Make her a coupon book. Make some coupons, like good for one back massage, good for a dinner and movie, stuff like that. makes a fantastic gift and can be used for a very long time. :)

maybe, depending on how much you want to spend, maybe take her to a shop you know she likes and pet her choose anything she wants?

or maybe a classic nice evening out of her choice

You can ask her what she likes and what she would want. Its not like she will hate you if you ask her questions like that.
