Why can't I lose weight?

ok so im all for the eat healthy and exercise thing and I know that nobody gets skinny in one day but everytime I exercise I feel good and I feel fit and I think my stomach looks less bloated and stuff but then I stop exercising or I have dinner and I look down and think omg was that exercise even worth it and I think im fat and I cant control my eating so I jst go down stairs and pig out!! I know that no one ever lost weight over night but I jst cant stand looking down and seeing fat after I exercise!!

well at least you’re already exercizing. if you really want to lose weight, try doing different exercizes like jogging or even walking.

you can do squats to help your thighs. as for your stomach, try sucking in whenever you can. when you do this, it helps your muscles get stronger.

I think your doing good. Give yourself some time like 1month to eat healthy and exercise its going to take time but im sure u’re going to see results and try to control your eating and not pig out. Think about “My fats will get lesser and lesser my weight goes down bit by bit everytime I exercse and eat healthy and if I pig out everyting comes back”. Keep going :-) !!

everyone has that little pouch or bloatiness after they eat! It’s normal. even the skinniest of people get that way, its just the way our body is. don’t get discouraged!
