You’re dressing as yourself. You don’t need to be a certain label to fit in. Besides, it’s boring to just wear pink, or just wear pink all of the time. :)

You’re best bet into discovering your identity is to dress, act, & be however you really want too and not like everyone around you. Don’t even act like you acknowledge what everyone else around you or people on t.v. is wearing. Just try not to let someone else’s style influence you; completely anyways. I mean, people get tips and ideas from different people all the time; either being their style, personality, or both. In a way, just wipe your brain/memory of anything that has influenced you before, so you can start off fresh with a new outlook and ideas to create your style, personality & whatever else. Oh, but don’t get me wrong; I’m not saying that you’re trying to be like other people; I mean, I don’t even know you. That’s just what a lot of people end up doing; for one reason, it’s easy, but creating your own identity is so much more fun and since when is being like everyone else fun? ;-) This is just what I would probably do.
