I am 2 tall and 2 skinny!

How do I become shorter! And fater! Like muscle fat though!!! I have tried so many work outs on my legs but nothing has helped them become bigger!

People at school call me chicken legs and they ask why I am so skinny, like my arms! Please how do I get bigger thighs< arms< butt<, and body! what work outs? What pills help?

Answer #1

dont take pills -a$$- no offense stop working out just eat a lot of everything not a lot of greasy foods though and sit down somewhere go to sleep if you can try not to be really active…really as you age you will naturally become thicker so tell the people at school stop hatin on you

Answer #2

Awww!! I know how you feel. I’m tall too (5’9) and rather slender I guess. I’ve gotten thicker by working out at the gym and drinking/eating tons of protein. Get a trainer and tell them what you want to change and they know exactly what to do. And why would you want to get shorter!?! Love your height! I know it’s hard but you can’t get shorter. Accept yourself and know that there are girls way taller than you who wish they could be shorter. <3

Answer #3

I used to have to same thin chicken legs BUT I finally masterd that problem because I did more work outs that developed the muscles in my legs. Squats are okay, but fcus on walking and yoga because they help developed underdeveloped parts on the body.

Answer #4

you describe yourself as the perfect model your lucky thats what most people want

Answer #5

You are skinny because you’ve been growing “up” instead of “out” which is normal for people your age who are destined to be tall.

Don’t worry about what others say. Just be proud to be you.

Eat healthy and exercise to tone your body and you will learn to like yourself.
