Dude!!! Relax…that,s the key. u might get a lil nervous and stress often cause ED. try to be confident about it don’t stress over it it won’t help. Start browsing thru some porn, get an erection start masturbating but don’t finish, not at least till the 3rd or 4th time. this will help u “train” ur penis. First of all, don't feel like you are the only one with this problem. The same thing happened to my boyfriend when i lost my virginity. He was very hard at first and then it seemed like he got nervous and lost it. So i told him ot relax and i gave him a hand job. As soon as he started to relax he bacame hard again.
