Hyponatremia. HELP!!

I was put into hospital a few days ago and now I have been diagnosed with Hyponatremia. and I am really scareddd!! no one really tell me much, they just talk to my parents. can someone please help explain to me what it is. and do people survive fomr it??

hyponatremia means you’re lacking sodium in your body, you need salt and treatment depends on the underlying conditions..

Does it matter if it is bad or good? It is a health problem. It can be treated. That’s all you need to know. If you have questions, you should ALWAYS ask your doctor about it. We’re not medical professionals here. If you didn’t manage to ask enough questions on your first visit to your doctor, you can always write down your questions when you remember any and then pass it on to your doctor when you see him/her the next time.
