Hypoglycemia symptoms

I looked on several websites, and I’ve been tested for this before, but they aren’t sure why I feel so bad…so what are the symptoms?

I have hypoglycemia. Everyone is different, the only symptom I have is I get a severe headache. My sis in law faints. If you think you may have it, (this is what my doc told me) eat several small meals a day instead of 3 big meals. Keep some nabs or a fruit with you at all times. Also he said do not eat candy bars, because it can make your blood sugar too high too fast and make you feel worse. Good luck

Symptoms of hypoglycemia include

* hunger
* nervousness and shakiness
* perspiration
* dizziness or light-headedness
* sleepiness
* confusion
* difficulty speaking
* feeling anxious or weak

Hypoglycemia can also happen while you are sleeping. You might

* cry out or have nightmares
* find that your pajamas or sheets are damp from perspiration
* feel tired, irritable, or confused when you wake up
