hymen problem!!!

Hi, I am 16 and I started my period a few years ago, I am a virgin and want to remain one until marriage, I have masturbated before and stopped a year ago and now decided to in the bath with a shower head, the water was very powerful and I placed it over my clitoris and got an orgasm it also went inside my vagina, and now my vagina really hurts and when a urinate a browney reddy blood colour comes out and I am in pain. Has my hymen broken? I am also scared that my future husband won’t believe I am a virgin. Thanks for any advice given. xMx

Blood in your urine is a sign of a urinary tract infection (a bladder infection). This is very serious and you need antibiotics. Sorry to say but a visit to the doctors is in order. Other symptoms are: -constant need to pee -pain in lower back -pain when urinating You can get a urinary tract infection from sitting on cold stone, being in wet bathing suit too long and possibly running cold water or being wet too long under the shower.

As for your hymen, it is most probably intact though as beth has stated it could have broken or torn from other activities such as sports. I wouldn’t worry too much about it but you can always check with your fingers and a mirror while squatting. Also, your future husband will hopefully be educated about sex and to be comfortable I hope both of you will discuss sex before hand. Everything will work out!

But please see a doctor, especially if the blood and pain continue. Meanwhile drink LOTS of water to alleviate the pain and flush the infection out.

omg sounds really painfull, I dunno it may have but are u sure you havent just cut urself or summin??

and your future husband will because you can break it by doin sports like horse ridding you dont always have to have sex to brake it .

it’s unlikely the water would have caused it unless the water was carrying an infection which is unlikely as it is purified and cleaned before it reaches the tap.

Your hymen would’nt have been broken by water- if you even have a hymen as many women are born without one. To check if it’s there see if you have skin covering your vagina entrance.

As I have said many women don’t have hymens or they are broken by tampons or sports. He needs to understand this in order to not accuse you of anything.
