How would I go about adoping my 3year old brother???

Im 17 but I will be 18 in 3months. My mom and my brothers dad aren’t married and my mom has left her boyfriend (ben) for a nather man. And ben wants to take my brother (hank) to orgen. Ben is not the father he should be he dosen’t want hank but he want to take him from my mom to make her made. And she dont doing any thing about it. I would go to a child service agency and talk to them to see if you can get him.

If you have some kind of free legal aid in your town trying contacting them to help.

I would say go to the child service agency and asking them about it! Hopefully you can get him, but it will be hard because you are so young
