Huge painful zit won't pop!

So for the last few days, I’ve had this HUGE painful zit on my forehead. I’ve tried and tried to pop it but it wont pop. It is really unusually painful. Any ideas on how to get ride of it?!

like sirdavidrush said DO NOT POP IT!!! It can cause problems afterwards… and you may leave a hole in your skin afterwards… = )

Don’t pop it!!! It might not be a zit it could be an ingrown hair or a cyst and though they may be weird looking sometimes popping them can lead to extreme problems. It if it is causing you tons of pain consider getting it looked at. It may sound silly but these kinds of things can sometimes be huge problems in hiding.
