HTC 8x or Samsung Galaxy 3? Is android better than windows 8?

Those are obviously dependent on the phone itself, but I also listed general things to help you decide. While Google has more apps, only 72% of them are free, while 87% of Windows apps are free.

I personally have a Nokia Lumia 900 right now and it’s really not that different from my old Xperia x10. Yeah, I miss some apps that I used to have, but I’ve managed to get some nice alternatives. One thing I like about my Windows phone is that Office comes built-in so I can make text documents and instantly store them in my SkyDrive.

Honestly i have a windows phone and i frick LOVE it to death!!! best phone i ever had. Never have problems with it or anything holds so much beyond the best phone i have written papers on my windows phone. Camera wise takes great pics i never edit none of my pics. Im not a phone tech or anything but i can tell you if you get another phone windows is the best in my opinion.

HTC phones with windows 8 have been reported to be glitchy and some models restart automatically… i’d go with the S3 :)
