How will I be fat?

I eat a lot of foods,every hour,every minute,and every day…but unfortunately I’m still so thin,it’s not working at all..!!please help me,what should I do?..

Wait, so you are trying to gain weight? If you feel you are too skinny there are many ways you can gain weight: there is gaining muscle, or there is gaining fat. Since you are saying you have been eating very often and yet you are still not putting on weight, I have a question: are you putting on weight because you are underweight, or just because you want to look more attractive? Either way, it would probably be better to gain muscle instead of fat, since muscle mass not only weighs more but more muscle is more healthier than more fat. When gaining lean muscle you are helping your body grow stronger and usually when you gain muscle you gain weight in the best places. However, if you really feel like you just want to gain fat, there are certain food bars that help you gain weight, but are usually only used in if you really want to gain weight. And if nothing at all works, there may be something wrong. Maybe you can check out the doctor and see what he has to say about healthy weight gain.

You probably have a fast metabolism. Eating is not going to help on its own. I’d suggest consulting a nutritionist first and working out as well as loading up on proteins.

see a doctor discuss the reasons why you want to gain weight and he/she can also tell you some reaosns why you might not be gaining it you might have a fast metabolism, not be eating the right foods, ect so ask a doctor
