How will diet pills screw me up?

I’m a 13 year old girl, if I decide to lose weight with diet pills will it cause me problems beacause of my age? Like mess with my hormones because I’m not fully developed yet, and make me grow a beard o.O ? I’d just like to know.

Well first off I’m pretty sure your to young to even use those and I don’t think you should use them cause yes they probably can mess you up with your development and also not being mean or sarcastic but that’s why you eat healthy and exercise if you really wanna be healthy don’t rely on some pills~lov3 purpleheart
