How to heal a wound on my face in three days?

Well I have this hole ish thing on my face I picked at a zit and I went to far but it’s been there for weeks, but now it’s closed it’s kinda like dry skin I just need to have my skin grow over it and I stoped picking it I’m going to sevensprings with my boyfriend for my birthday on friday and it’s monday but I need this too go away now! Help?

its not going to majically heal and it sounds like you have a scar something that new skin is not going to grow over and smooth out because its already helaed the area you dontproduce new skin to fill up the hole, just to cover it so your stuck with that scar for life
