Ok me and my bff and her bro are starting a band and im supposed to write a song and iw atn to but I dont know how or what to write about so please give me some tips on how to write a great song

What kind of song is it? Classic, Hip-hop, Rock, or else?

I think a great song is when the last word on a sentence, rhymes. Like, um… sweets and sheets ???

write as if you were writing inyour diary abotu how yuh feel liek if yuh feel anger right abotu it and make a song out of its quite easy and you’ll get the hang of it you just gotta start off somewhere so give that a try …

first off you need a beat basic beat.then you write the chorus, then verses then add in lead guitars backup vocals and stuff
