I have never heard of such a thing.
A guarantor is someone who provides a guarantee that the person they are speaking on behalf of is trustworthy or the person they claim to be. You can't do that for yourself, it would be indiscriminate.
It almost sounds as though what you need to do is write up a promissory note, an IOU, or a simple requisition.
