How to work out this trick?

Ok so it was lunch and my mate did a mind reading trick on me and a few friends.she asked us 3 questions,1st one was where would you like to be now,2nd one was think of a number between 1 and a 1000 and the last one was who’s the oldest out of your aunty and uncle and everytime she asked a question she had to write it down and move it so she couldnt change it and after she asked the question and she had wrote it down then you had to write it down and everytime she did it she got all the qeustions right and I really wanna know how to it :) Does anyone know? X
