well theres no bad way 2 use 1. my fiance has a waterproof jack rabbit she can use it in da shower or in her room. 1st you have 2 get your vagina wet, im sure you ladies know how 2 do that. once your wet enough you can go str8 2 sticking it in there or just playin around a lil. you can rub it up and down your clit and you can smack your clit with it. k once your ready 2 put it in, it can hurt depending on how tight you are so if your tight you might want to take it slow and steady and not shove it in. once its in you can turn on da rabbit part on watever speed you want and you can turn on da other half on watever speed you want, dont go in and out, its not a dick now remember that just leave it in and let it ride.
