How To Trim Down W/O Boob Loss?

I am 20 years old. I play a lot of sports typically but I’ve recently had several knee surgeries over the past year and a half. I wouldn’t consider myself fat at all but my lower stomach and “love handles” are a little thicker. My thighs are also considered “thunder thighs.” I am 5’1 and weigh about 124 lbs. I have a 36c chest and don’t want to lose it at all because I was flat chested for so many years and finally they got here :-). Besides my lower stomach and thighs, I am very much in shape. What is the best way to tone down those areas without losing my chest?

there is no way to do that when you loose weight you loose it from all over your body and the fatty areas are the first to go your breasts are almost entirely made up of fat so they will get a bit smaller but you wont notice much of a change unless you lost quite a bit of weight
