How to tone my leg's and butt

Hey all, Im looking for tip’s to tone my butt and leg’s? After a baby it’s never the same again and I go to the gym 4 day’s a week for 3 month’s now and it’s not doing much on the bottom half lol So tips would be great :)

just a quick tip, the lower regions of the body, thighs, glutes, hips are pretty susceptible to saturated fats, for some reason its attracted to these parts, which could be where your problem lies as these fats are hardest to budge, thanks.

clench your butt cheeks fast at least 50 times and increase the number by 10 every day, that will tone your bottom and you can do that while you watch TV!!! for your legs use an elleptical strider for 10 minutes a day or walk 30 minutes 3-4 times a week and you will have one fine pair of legs lol it is really good, I have an elleptical strider at home and use it regularly and I love my legs they look so good and toned and not a sight of cellulite lol
