how to tell my parents that I want to be vegetarian

how do I tell my parents I want to be a vegetarian? if you are vegetarian or vegan how did your conversation go? I want to convince them I serious, that this isn’t just some phase I’ll grow out of. although honestly I’m not sure if that’s true. do I really want to go through with this? never eat another dumpling… :( I think I do, and I can’t even begin to without telling my parents. I guess I really have to problems. should I be a vegetarian? and how do I explain that I want to try to my parents?

I tried to hide my vegetarianism from my parents, but after a while I just told them and they were cool about it. Mostly they will probably respect you for making such a postive, commitment to something. Reassure them that you have knowlege on this subject and know what foods to eat in order to keep your body healthy. && be aware that just cause you are a veggie doesn’t mean the rest of your family are, which (or atleast in my house) means having to prepare a lot of your own meals.

Personally going veggie was the best decision I’ve made so far in my life.

well by being a vegetarian you cant eat any type of meat and I think datz going to suck … and bout telling your parents just tell them I mean I dont think theyre going to have a problem wit that because I mean its nothing bad
